I have created a youtube account so that we can broadcast our masterpiece to the world! we have sent around the URL to people asking for some feedback so fingers crossed we will get some interesting feedback. The name of our Youtube account is "WindowViewProductio1"

Foley for Thriller Sequence

I used garage band to put the sound over my sequence, i used the loops that you are given to put over your video.

Dream Scene Effects Edit

During the dream scene we decided to put a green tint over the top of the bottle shots to make them look more expensive and professional.

I decided not to put any effects over the shots in the bathroom because it already has a very natural blue lighting to the room which enthuses the fact that the little brother is drowned, we didn't want the room to look warm and glossy as that wouldn't fit to our story-line.

Re Shoot (Dream Scene)

We decided to have a dream scene to cut into the middle of when the detective is sleeping. This is a timeline of the final edit of how me edited in this dreamlike cut. During this shoot Georgina had control of the camera whilst i controlled the lighting to created the shadowy figure, we both shared the job of directing by both having imaginative ideas and mixing the best of them into our shoot.

This is the raw footage of what we shot without any effects over the top of them.

Then after i had a tweak with final cut effects after watching a tutorial on youtube and this is what the title credits looked like.

I added a gentle black and white using the color corrector  three way.
